Jordan and Beth were amazing through this whole renting process. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. Great trailer for a family with kids who don't have any camping gear. If you have lots of your own gear maybe ask them to take some of theirs out. They were absolutely amazing to deal with. We were supposed to pick up the trailer on Sunday and our truck lights wouldn't work. So we had to come back on Monday after being in the shop and then it still didn't work so we had to go back a third time and they were very flexible and didn't make us feel like we were imposing. Then when we delivered the trailer back we realized we forgot the keys at home and had to go back yet again. They were very flexible and easy going. Definitely a good choice for people who either have never gone camping or for people who haven't gone in a long time. 10/10 would recommend!
